Another evening work session. I skipped working on the rear seat, as I’ll most likely want until the fastback kit arrives. Moving right along, I started work on the floor panels. First, I needed to remove the notches from the passenger footwells.

In the first photos you can see the notches marked for removal and then removed.    

I needed to remove the blue vinyl from the floor parts. Luckily Squire was on hand to help out!  

After a ton of edge deburring it was time to cleco some parts in place. The rear floor panels shown here are a real pain in the ass to fit in. 

The last step for the night was to cleco the rear baggage floor and shelf into place.
