Really not a whole lot to tell for this post. I did a fair amount of sanding and finishing for the canopy skirt.

I also installed the desiccant plugs mike gave me for my engine.

Previously I got back to the airport to do a good cleanup and try to figure out where I was after a long absence.

My buddy Mike left me desiccant inserts for my new engine.

Today – more rage gold sanding. I can’t stand sanding. I’m so tired of it!

I bought a new toy! I kept borrowing my buddy Mike’s drill – and I’m sure I was wearing out my welcome, so I went and bought my own. Super light, perfect for all the interior screws.

The EAA Chapter also had a picnic. The weather was a bit foul so we commandeered an empty hangar.
