Electrical System Planning

I spent an enormous amount of time pouring over the Aeroelectric Connection book and associated diagrams. The closest diagram to what i wanted to achieve is Z-19 pictured below. This is the basis of my primary power system architecture. Some other choices I made. I have a B&C Alternator which means i have their external voltage regulator. I wanted to uses fuse buses not circuit breakers. I wanted to have two batteries and one alternator, not the other way around.

I used hefty diodes to isolate my main and aux battery and associated busses.

Here is my hand drawing of my primary power system modified to my needs from the Z-19. I plan to get this put in electronic format at some point in time.

Roll Bar

My buddy Jared had previously come over and tack welded the roll bar. He then took it back and had one of his guys TIG weld it. I did a check of the level, and then it got sent back for powder coating. I’m very happy with the final result!
