Papa Lima Bravo is Peter Barrett's personal logbook for building, flying, and maintaining a Van's RV-8 fastback.
Peter is a pilot and aircraft builder who started this site to keep an honest record of the RV-8 project: the plans, the parts, the workbench decisions, the head-scratching, the good flying days, and the maintenance notes that are easy to forget later.
The airplane is N22UP, a Van's RV-8 fastback. The log covers the build from early kit work through final testing, then continues into flying, ownership, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
